Application Development and Contract Programming

Infoblazer incorporates in "Extreme XML" development principles to all development projects, including Microsoft Technologies. Two of the components of  our methodology triad, UML and XML, are entirely cross platform. These technologies and their benefits apply equally to Non-Java technologies (such as visual basic). We also apply our "Best Practices" such as loosely coupled systems and  Web Services to all programming projects.

In addition to our core UML/XML/Java focus, infoblazer offers custom application development in the following areas

Visual Basic (Client Server and Web deployments)  - Client (win32) development and server side DLL development. Often used in conjuction with Microsoft Active Server Pages based web applications. Visual Basic native Dll's can improve application design and performance if incorporated correctly.

Data Warehousing, Analysis, and Reporting- For high data volumes or where a high degree of interactivity and ad-hoc query is desired, simply reporting off an existing application's data store will not suffice. A Data Warehouse incorporates a specifically optimized data schema as well as a targeted data analysis and reporting tools.

Data Migration  and Transformation (using SQL Server DTS and Informatica)- Typically part of a data warehousing or application migration, this phase is without questions the most underestimated phase of most projects. A thorough analysis and plan, as well as appropriate technologies, must be incorporated to achieve projects success.
